I am glad I don't have that mark around me cause it creeped me out. Don't know what I mean? No spoilers here. Read the book.
Destiny’s Mark is a fascinating tale full of twists and turns. Sandra Lopez pulls you in from the first page. I was unable to put this story down once I started. It is refreshing to read Young Adult literature that is compelling without forcing the reader in to a post-apocalyptic world. The protagonist, Danni, is a deep character with whom the reader forms an instant bond. I was on my toes the whole time; even thrown for a loop a couple of times. This is a wonderful book, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone and everyone – even if YA literature is not your cup of tea.
‘Destiny’s Mark’ is a great read. The author takes you on a journey of romance and mystery. I loved the protagonist, Danni, a strong, independent young woman. The author has written a unique and creative story with strong characters.
This story took me by surprise, it starts out as a romance but takes a twist into the occult. Danni has two men in her life, Miles and Damien, and bounces between the two throughout the story. I won't give the ending away, but I guarantee it won't be the one you expect.
