Lillian E. M. Garza's Webpage
Born in Flagstaff, Arizona in 1991, Lillian grew up running through the cinder sands of the desert between Flagstaff and the Navajo Reservation. Though she lacked the ability to read until she was nine, and struggled to learn to write due to terrible vision and crippling dyslexia, she always had a vast imagination. Fueled by her childhood, playing in the wilderness of Northern Arizona, and a passion for saving the people and nature around her from destructive corporations and mining, she began to build a vision inside her mind.
When she was twelve, she started to write about other worlds, but she hungered to learn more to enrich her growing imagination. She struggled through the loss of a childhood friend in High School, but his loving memory inspired her to continue, searching within herself for deeper meaning. Though she wrote all of the time, Lillian didn't realize her true calling as a writer until she was twenty, when she moved to Durango, Colorado for a time. While there, she wrote whenever she wasn't working or enjoying the culture of the rustic mountain town.
Soon after, she returned to Flagstaff, realizing that she and one of her close friends from High School were in love. They are now happily married with two daughters. They spend their time gardening, caring for their four animals, and going on adventures to the surrounding areas together.
Lillian is still writing. Her vast imagination has grown rich with knowledge and experience, and she continues to learn everything she can, intent on completing an epic the likes of which the world has never seen.
