Eric Hofstein is a retired police officer, prior EMT, Muay Thai and boxing coach, and Brazillian Jiu Jitsu practitioner for fun.
He has retired out of state with his wife and children, where he and his wife continue his work with their own non-profit organization.
After 27 years as a police officer, he enjoys the opportunity to spend time with his kids outdoors and raising their many and varied pets.
